Job Description
We are seeking a driven and commercially strong Senior Valuation Analyst / Corporate Finance Associate to join a leading investment and corporate finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CA(SA) professional with strong valuation expertise and corporate finance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced valuation techniques, including DCF, EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, P/E, and P/NAV.
- Conduct thorough financial statement and company analysis.
- Complete detailed due diligence investigations, discussion papers, and transaction proposals.
- Prepare and manage portfolio company reporting.
- Liaise effectively with portfolio companies and internal teams.
- Ensure timeous delivery of high-quality work, maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- CA(SA) qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years post-articles experience, including at least 3 years in a valuation-focused role.
- Strong corporate finance and transaction experience.
- Self-starter, commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
