Job Summary Job & Company Description:

Lead and manage deal origination and pipeline development to ensure a steady flow of investment opportunities
Support transaction execution by assisting in identifying, negotiating, closing, and monitoring investments and exits
Conduct due diligence and develop financial models to support investment decisions
Perform valuations on companies and assets, including discounted cash flow analysis, market multiples, precedent transactions, and other valuation techniques
Work with management to structure investments and negotiate terms

Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or related field
CFA/CA qualification would be highly beneficial
Experience in any corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or M&A space
Experience in deal making and deal structuring
