Corporate Business Manager - Strategist

to join our senior leadership team. Experience in Investment Properties and understanding of related investment business and acquisitions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and Optimize Business Operations:

Oversee day-to-day business functions, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity. You'll be responsible for resource allocation, budget management, and process improvement across the organization.

Conduct In-Depth Analysis:

Perform thorough market, competitor, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions. Use data-driven insights to identify growth areas, mitigate risks, and optimize performance.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as a key liaison between various departments, including finance, marketing, and operations. You will foster a culture of collaboration to ensure strategic initiatives are executed cohesively.

Mentor and Develop Talent:

Guide and develop a team of high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in business management, corporate strategy, or a related high-level position. A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.
