Somerset West, Western Cape: FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both – Afr & Eng client base)
-Strong recent financial / bookkeeping experience a must (Debtors, reconciliations etc.)
-Experience in trusts advisory / legal industry advantageous
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good MS Excel skills, and Sage
-Must be able to perform under pressure
-Strong administration skills important
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Residing in / near Somerset West (within daily commuting distance)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Financial administration duties for Trust Advisory company
-Manage debit orders on Netcash
-Debt Collection and manage Debtors
-Allocation of payments received
-Invoicing on Sage
-Loading of payments
-Calculation of commissions
-Petty cash control
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 19 000.00 – R 21 000.00 gross (slightly negotiable depending on relevant experience)
