Villieria, Pretoria Moot: LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (male or female)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Full proficiency in Afrikaans essential – speak, read and write (Mostly Afrikaans speaking clients)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed
-Admitted as an Attorney with right of appearance a must
-Minimum 2 years post admission experience in General Litigation / Debt Collection / Family Law a must
-Fully independently functional a must, including drafting of legal documentation, notices & pleadings
-Must be willing to attend to Court appearances
-Driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Willing to commit to firm long term
-Must currently reside in Pretoria, preferably in/near Pretoria Moot
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation (General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law matters etc.)
-General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience) + commission
