Faerie Glen, Pretoria East: CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Key requirement, Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws Degree completed a must
-Valid driver’s license a must (Use of company vehicle available if not in possession of own vehicle)
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Residing in Pretoria a must
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-General candidate attorney duties
-Exposure to fields of law as prescribed by the Attorney’s Act for admission as an Attorney (Firm specialize in Civil Litigation, Labour Law- & Family Law matters, Domestic Violence, Conveyancing and Deceased Estates)
-Travelling to Courts and clients
-Filing, issuing and serving of legal documents at Courts and Deeds Offices
-Drafting legal documents in Afrikaans and English
Salary: R 8 000.00 – R 10 000.00 gross
(Travel reimbursed if using own vehicle)
