George, Western Cape: CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed a must
-Driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Must currently reside within commuting distance
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-General candidate attorney duties (Litigation and Conveyancing practices)
-Exposure to fields of law as prescribed by the Attorney’s Act for admission as an Attorney
-Travelling to Courts, Deeds Offices and clients
-Filing, issuing and serving of legal documents
-Drafting legal documents
-Liaison and correspondent with clients
Salary: R 7 000.00 – R 8 000.00 gross
