Bedfordview, Johannesburg: ESTATE AGENTS
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Estate Agent’s Certificate obtained, and registered with Estate Agency’s Affairs Board a must
-Recent experience as an Estate Agent a must
-Fully independently functional
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full Estate Agent duties (Property sales, travelling to clients etc.)
-Sourcing new clients, general related administrative duties
Salary: R 5 000.00 – R 7 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience) + commission
