Job Description

The role of the ARC Copywriter is to help realize the voice and tone, as set out by the brand. Through collaboration with the in-house creative team, this role is instrumental in creating and delivering multi-platform, multi-channel content that meets business objectives. You'll be part of a team responsible for creating commercial and editorial content, producing on-brand copy for a variety of projects including long-form and short-form, product names, packaging copy, emails, digital and social assets, video, visual merchandising, and other marketing collateral. You'll continue to evolve and champion the creative vision, setting the expectation at the highest level, to ensure our identity is retained and always in line with our brand values.RESPONSIBILITIES Partners closely with the content and marketing team to express brand voice Owns, implements and maintains the brand voice and tone across all channels Attends project kick-offs, examines various types of project briefs, paying close attention to marketing objectives and copy requests Executes clean, detail-oriented, on-brief copy for retail, digital and 360 marketing projects and campaigns. Works with the on site Content Editor and e-Comm team to standardize and quality control product copy, ensuring it all reads to the ARC brand. Partners with the design team to ensure copy is correctly flowed into design and finds integrated visual/copy solutions Works with the website editor to improve SEO Works with the team to create digital marketing assets Takes ownership of deadlines and follows project schedules and updates Edits copy according to briefed-in changes Stays current on beauty industry trends, social trends and competitors Requests and manages all copy translations for the brandWho we'd like to meet: Candidates with 2-3 years of previous work experience at a media publishing company or advertising agency Journalism degree or Copywriting diploma is preferred Beauty and skincare experience is preferred Experience writing across traditional and digital channels with know-how on how to construct long and short-form copy.
