What You'll Do
Own the
end-to-end recruitment process
: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation
Manage
multiple requisitions
at once across technical and non-technical roles
Conduct
technical interviews
to evaluate candidate skills and fit
Partner with hiring managers and tech clients to align on requirements and expectations
Provide excellent
candidate engagement
from first contact to onboarding
Keep clean records using an
ATS
and other recruitment platforms
Identify areas for
process improvement
to increase efficiency and quality

What You Bring
2-3+ years of
full-cycle recruiting
experience, with a focus on staffing and volume hiring
Hands-on experience with
technical recruiting
and interviewing
Track record of success working with
tech clients
and complex role requirements
Strong communication skills and a
candidate-first mindset
Tech-savvy and familiar with
ATS tools
and sourcing platforms
Must be able to work PST or EST hours at least part of the week
