Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and reliable cook to join our kitchen team in Linksfield, Johannesburg!

This is a hands-on role where you'll rotate through different sections of the kitchen, from assembling bagel orders, to preparing fresh salads, to cooking eggs and other items on the grill. Each station demands focus, speed and precision, with the goal of delivering consistently high-quality dishes. Keeping your station clean and organised is crucial and so is supporting your team when things get busy.

You'll thrive in this role if you have solid experience in fast-paced kitchens and can communicate clearly while working under pressure. Strong time management is essential, whether it's getting multiple grill orders out at once, keeping prep stocked and ready for service, or ensuring smooth handovers between shifts. Your ability to stay on top of the flow will make all the difference. Alongside your cooking, you'll take part in daily cleaning routines, stock checks and food safety practices that keep the kitchen running to standard.
