Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workspace Assist with inventory control and stock rotation Follow all health and safety regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Support menu planning and food presentation
Skills and Competencies Previous experience as a Cook or similar role Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Excellent teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Culinary training is an advantage (but not always required)
Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate
- Hospitality or Culinary qualification
