Job Requirements:
-Matric ;
Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality is advantageous.
Minimum - Professional Culinary certificate
2+ years Chef/Cook experience within a medium to large corporate company/healthcare facility kitchen/hotel etc, is essential;
Ability to work flexible hours;
Neat and presentable;
Good communication skills
Personal Attributes:
High level of personal cleanliness;
Sober habits;
Able to manage time and work under pressure;
Able to remain calm and in control in difficult situations;
Able to adapt to changing role responsibilities when required;
Flexible in terms of working hours (shifts & weekends)
