Specific Skills
- Industrial Cooking Experience an advantage
- Verifiable cooking experience in a similar environment, or a cooking certificate is essential
- Must be able to work long hours / shift work - Weekends and Public Holidays.
- Work long hours for functions.
- Be able to interact with clients and scholars professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Be able to time manage yourself and work under pressure
- Basic Health and Safety experience and knowledge of food safety
- Able to read and execute a recipe and menus
- Be able to present meals of a high standard
- This position reports to the Assistant Catering Manager or Catering Manager, depending on the structure of the specific catering establishment and contract.
