Job Description
Gauteng role as Senior Operations Manager to form part of the Exco. You will lead the complete Operations of the business as the COO. Take charge of the development and implementation of the Operations function for the Group.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant business degree Post Graduate Qualification or MBA
10 15 years experience at management level
2 3 years at a senior executive level in the insurance industry in a multinational
Insights and experience in social media/digital and Information Technology ess
People management / Risk management / Budgets and resource development / Strategic planning / Analysis and performance
Operational metrics / Understanding of the investment, health, insurance and financial services industry / In-depth knowledge of Legislation driving the industry / Financial advisory industry
Regulatory & Corporate Governance /Business model trends / digital transformation
