Key Responsibilities:
Typing of
transfer
documents.
Drafting and editing
Deeds Office documents
,
Power of Attorney
,
resolutions
, and
transfer duty
declarations.
Managing
correspondence with clients
,
banks
, and
Deeds Offices
.
Opening and maintaining
files
, updating
matter tracking systems
, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Liaising with
attorneys
,
municipalities
,
estate agents
, and
financial institutions
.
Ensuring
deadlines
are met and
documents
are prepared for lodgment timeously.
Assisting the conveyancer with administrative tasks related to property transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in a conveyancing environment.
Strong knowledge of
Lexis Convey
.
Excellent
typing skills
, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of
property transfer processes
,
bonds
, and
Deeds Office procedures
.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize tasks efficiently.
