The Conveyancing Secretary will be working to support the conveyancer in their duties with Transfers.
Duties will include:
Handle conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase of properties, land transfers etc.
Assist in data entry, filing, conducting title searches, invoicing and other administrative support.
Liaison with clients, banks and related parties to ensure completion of conveyancing procedure.
Requirements:
At least 2 - 5 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, dealing in transfers.
