Minimum Requirements:
Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
Minimum 2 years recent conveyancing experience at a law firm a must, specifically in Transfers a must
Computer literate with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
Stable employment record and contactable References a must
Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drafting of Transfers documents for law firm
General conveyancing secretarial and legal administrative duties
Assistance to Conveyancing Attorneys
Liaising with clients on all aspects of transfers, FICA requirements, clearance applications, etc.
