Job Title: Conveyancing Secretary / Office Manager

Salary: R18,000 - R25,000
Conveyancing Secretary/ Office Manager (JB747) Eldoraigne R18 000 – R25 000 CTC per Month Small firm requires the assistance of an experienced Conveyancer who will also be able to act as Office Manager. The role is suited to a mature person who is able to work independently. Responsibilities:
  • Drafting of property transfer documents
  • Drafting and compiling of conveyancing documents for lodgement and registration
  • Liaising with clients and attorneys
  • Liaising with the deed’s office
  • Typing of various legal documentation
  • Dealing with client’s queries
  • Answering calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • General office administration
  • Ordering of consumables
  • Matric
  • 4 + years’ conveyancing specific experience
  • MS Office suite proficiency
  • E4 experience would be an advantage (Training will be provided if required)
  • Must be extremely professional in their ability to deal with clients
Ideal start date: 1 June 2021
