Requirements:
- At least a minimum of 5 years work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, dealing with transfers and ancillary deeds registry transactions.
- Own transport.
- Minimum Matric.
- Working knowledge of MS package.
- Communication skills (written/verbal)
- Organizational abilities
- Knowledge of conveyancing software/systems, such as: Windeed and/or Searchworks, Lexis Convey
Advantageous:
- Conveyancing Certificate / Conveyancing paralegal diploma
- Experience with Notarial work
- Experience with dealing with bonds.
