Job Description
Seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for our FNB Bonds Department for busy conveyancing firm in Table View.
Duties and responsibilities:
Bond cancellations and registration of new FNB mortgage bonds
Preparing files accurately and according to detailed specifications
Liaising with clients and attorneys
Drafting and checking of legal documents
FICA administration
Requirements:
3-5 years' bond administration experience
Matric essential
Formal legal/conveyancing qualification advantageous
Experience with major banks
Accurate administration management
Proficient and experienced in Lexis Convey & MS Office
