Job Description
We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established Law Firm based in the Westville, Sherwood area. The position needs to be filled with immediate effect. So it is best if you can start immediately or inside 2 weeks. But we are available to discuss a working notice period for both parties.
Job responsibilities:
Managing a full case load of Property Transfers, Bond Registrations, Cancellations, with end-to-end proficiency. Utilizing Lexis-Nexis, E4, Windeed, SearchWorks, SARS E-filing, Excel and Outlook platforms. Maintain impeccable client communication, providing clear, timely updates and managing expectations with professionalism. Work autonomously with a high degree of initiative.
Requirements:
Matric plus a National Diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years` work experience in Conveyancing dealing with Estate Transfers within a South African Law Firm. Technical proficiency in all online platforms. Excellent communication skills. The candidate must be residing with the greater Durban region.
