Job Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Conveyancing Paralegal based in Tyger Valley, Cape Town. The role involves assisting with the preparation and processing of property transfer documentation, conducting title deed and property-related research, and reviewing legal documents. The Conveyancing Paralegal will also play a key role in maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders, including clients, banks, and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Conveyancing processes with an emphasis on Transfers, the finance of Transfers, Developments and Private Bonds Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders Research skills, especially in property and title deed investigations Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in conveyancing software is beneficial Strong knowledge of the FICA process and requirements for all client types Prior experience as a paralegal or similar legal support role is an advantage. Preference will be given to applicants with 10+ years of experience.
