Claremont

is in search of an experienced Conveyancer to join their branch.

Start date:

January/February 2026

Duties and Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage full property transfer process Draft and review transfer documents, bond registrations, and related legal contracts Handle Deeds Office lodgements Liaise with banks, estate agents, clients, and third parties such as SARS, Master's Office, municipalities etc. throughout the transaction lifecycle Conduct title deed verifications, due diligence and risk assessment checks Maintain strong knowledge of current property and conveyancing legislation Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients regarding property transactions Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Minimum requirements:



LLB degree, with admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer Must have approximately 4-5 years' post admissions experience as a Conveyancer (Property Transfer experience preferred) Must be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and property law Valid driver's licence and own vehicle Well presented Dynamic, tenacious and a go-getter Client-focused
