- Handling property transfers from instruction to registration
- Managing client relationships with exceptional service and communication
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to conveyancing transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions
- Admitted Conveyancer with solid experience in residential property transfers
- Excellent knowledge of the full conveyancing process and relevant legislation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Own client base would be a significant advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
