Auto Pedigree is looking for Controller: Quality Control based at their Head Office in Spartan, Kempton Park. This position is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to make use of their leadership and business acumen, and insurance experience to drive the achievement of the department's targets advance Auto Pedigree's business interests within the
insurance
space. The position reports directly to the Call Centre Manager.
Position Overview:
The main focus of the position is to support and assist the department to retain insurance Products as well as to proactively service clients.
Minimum Experience:
2 years of customer service experience.
Minimum Qualification:
Grade 12
Requirements:
A code 08 unendorsed driver's license and own transport
Computer literate (Word & Excel)
FAIS and FICA compliance
NCA
Job Outputs:
The management and monitoring and of the Insurance sales team on the following:
FAIS and FICA compliance of the Insurance agent sales calls
Rendering quantity and quality of insurance quotes.
Interview clients to obtain data about their insurance needs.
Ensure clients are informed of the features, advantages and disadvantages of automotive insurance policies
Manage customer situations
Respond promptly to the needs of the customer and solicit feedback to improve service
Respond to requests for service or assistance from the branches
Identify and escalate priority issues Ensuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Accurately recording client's information on the Quoting Engine
Assist clients and dealers with amendments on insurance policies
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all aspects of insurance standard operating procedures
Day to day communication with insurance providers
Ensuring that individual and departmental targets are met monthly
Upkeep and growth of insurance book
The preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
