Monitor WhatsApp groups and respond in real time.
Inform problem/issues to the relevant department or transporters.
Ensure scanning issues are resolved on Nimbus.
To ensure that communication is maintained with all transporters and staff.
Coordinate, monitor and record all communication from various sites.
Create and maintain register on all issues per site, transporter, FEL downtimes etc.
Report to coal ops on extended waiting periods at the port, weighbridges, mines etc.
Be the first contact in case of emergencies.
Inform relevant key stakeholders within the company of emergencies.
Ensure Ticket System is maintained and updated at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Some college education may be preferred
Experience working in a logistics or transportation environment
Strong computer skills and knowledge of logistics software systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Stong computer literacy skills
Will be required to work shifts
