We are looking for a dynamic individual to work in our alarm monitoring and tactical response control room located in Table View.
Duties (Not limited to):
- Provide an exceptional level of customer support
- Alarm monitoring.
- Addressing queries or concerns.
- Monitoring security systems and responding to incidents promptly
What characteristics you need:
- Excellent and professional communicator
- Team building and strong leadership.
- Ability to multitask
- Good organisational skills
- Good at working under pressure
- Attention to detail is extremely critical.
- Sober habits
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Valid SA ID number
- Must be willing to work shifts
