to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining site security and service integrity through effective communication, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with sites to ensure all locations are fully staffed and operational
Monitor and review patrol reports to ensure service compliance and identify any irregularities
Conduct off-site monitoring via CCTV and other surveillance systems
Perform scheduled panic alarm tests twice per week and ensure all systems are functioning correctly
Respond to incidents and escalate issues in line with company procedures
Maintain accurate logs and detailed reports of all activities and incidents
Requirements:
Previous experience in a control room or security operations role is preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and patrol management tools is an advantage
