Control Agent Requirements
We require a dedicated
Control Agent
with their own bakkie to manage and oversee all operational routes. Responsibilities include:Route Management:
Monitor and coordinate all active routes via WhatsApp groups. Liaise directly with drivers to ensure smooth communication, prompt updates, and immediate problem-solving.Onboarding & Inspections:
Conduct full onboarding for all company trucks and subcontractor vehicles. Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and client requirements.Site Assessments:
Visit potential client sites and new routes beforehand. Assess loading and offloading times, operational procedures, route conditions, and any site-specific requirements. Provide feedback and recommendations before committing to new work.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12000,00 - R16000,00 per month
Work Location: Remote
