Job Description
Dynamic Security Company in Meyersdal, Alberton is looking for new Control Room Operators.
- Duties:
- Correspond with security personnel on site
- Ensure sites are covered
- Capture and submit comprehensive handover daily
- Complete OB entries
- Listener
- Compile accurate reports for Site Visits, Sefeko , Attendance and Incidents
- Active response to call ins and alarms
- Report and coverage for absents and late comings
- Active posting sheet
- Pick-ups
- Intra and extra office communications
- Requirements :
- PSIRA
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Min 1 year as Security Control Room Operator
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Computer literate
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Client Relation Skills
- Strong report compilation
- Excellent listening skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Control Room Operator: 1 year (Required)
