Job Summary Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Port Edward, Kwa-Zulu Natal
Reports To: Project Manager
Minimum Qualifications & Registration

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage major road upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, timelines, and specifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractual documentation.
Enforce and monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Drive cost control, budgeting, procurement, and material management.
Ensure risk mitigation, schedule adherence, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and all relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience in roads construction, rehabilitation, and upgrades.
Exposure to SANRAL contracts and understanding of FIDIC contract frameworks.
Proven history of delivering complex infrastructure projects with high-level contract accountability.
