Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Port Edward, Kwa-Zulu Natal
Reports To: Project Manager
Minimum Qualifications & Registration

• Professionally registered with ECSA and/or SACPCMP:
• Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng (Min 5 years post-registration experience)
• Pr Techno, Pr CPM, or Pr CM (Min 8 years post-registration experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage major road upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, timelines, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractual documentation.
• Enforce and monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive cost control, budgeting, procurement, and material management.
• Ensure risk mitigation, schedule adherence, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and all relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in roads construction, rehabilitation, and upgrades.
• Exposure to SANRAL contracts and understanding of FIDIC contract frameworks.
• Proven history of delivering complex infrastructure projects with high-level contract accountability.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to project sites across South Africa as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
