We're looking for a Contracts Manager to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support data protection initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

How you'll shape the future of B2B sales:
Assist in the review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements, including MSAs and DPAs, in partnership with internal stakeholders, customers, partners and vendors.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across IT, compliance, security, and legal teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge, facilitate cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure timely responses.

Requirements
Here's what we need from you:
Law degreefrom an accredited university or law school
2+ years experience at a major law firm and/or at a technology company
Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to technology products and services
Fluency in English (mother-tongue level, written and spoken) with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to craft clear and accurate responses
Availability to respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to engage with various teams to drive alignment
Basic understanding of information security and privacy principles, laws, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001 suite) - preferred
* Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools - preferred
