We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated GSA MAS Contract Manager to join us remotely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Position Overview
The
GSA MAS Contract Manager
will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, production, and quality assurance of GSA MAS proposal submissions. This individual will serve as the central link between clients, sales and marketing teams, and RMC leadership, ensuring that each proposal is delivered on time, on scope, and at the highest quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
I. Sales and Marketing Support
Evaluate prospective clients for GSA MAS contract readiness
Support sales and marketing teams in preparing presentations for potential clients
Assist in planning and coordinating strategic partner meetings, webinars, and social media events
II. Onboarding New Clients
Coordinate all activities involved in setting up new clients for GSA MAS proposal support
Participate in client kickoff meetings and ensure smooth onboarding
Follow up on action items post-kickoff to maintain project momentum
III. Ongoing GSA MAS Proposal Activities
Manage the production of proposal documents via RMC's collaboration platform,
One Hub
Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams on proposal milestones
Review client submissions using the
RMC 162-point GSA MAS Internal Quality Assurance Checklist
Monitor proposal progress and resources through the
RMC Project Update Report
Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions when needed
Set and track proposal deadlines to ensure timely submission
Prepare notes, correspondence, and reports to maintain project records
Compile and analyze project metrics and maintain proposal-related databases
Conduct post-proposal evaluation reviews to assess project management effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience
in government contracting, proposal management, or federal procurement
Experience with
GSA MAS contracts
or similar compliance-based projects strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work remotely and manage projects across multiple time zones
Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms
