Requirements:
- A relevant degree or diploma (M+3) is essential.
- At least five years as a successful team leader of a competitive successful construction/project management/ associated team in the industry or related field xe2x80x93 preferably on a national level.
- High competency level in applicable computer technology.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation with critical analysis relating to the environment, market assessment and needs.
- Project design with relation to determining time frames and allocating personnel and equipment.
- Implement Strategies.
- Management of the Operations.
- Organisational Management such as Human Resources Management, managing discipline and management of assets and equipment.
- Representation of the Company which involves liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
