This role is based in the Cape Town office.The Contracts Administrator will play a key cross-functional role, supporting MRI Softwarexe2x80x99s Legal and Commercial teams. This hybrid position combines paralegal support for acquisitions and privacy matters with commercial operations responsibilities focused on sales productivity, quoting enablement, and QTC (quote-to-cash) support.Youxe2x80x99ll work closely with the Legal team (including the General Counsel and UK Legal Counsel), and Commercial Operations (including Sales and Order Management teams), gaining exposure to the full scope of legal and business functions within a global tech company.This role follows North American (EST) hours.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain confidential data rooms during acquisition due diligenceAssist in the integration of acquired entities into MRI systems and processesPrepare and review contract summaries, grade contracts, and track legal actionsManage the privacy mailbox, respond to Data Subject Access Requests where appropriateSupport the coordination of legal meetings, prepare agendas and minutesConduct occasional legal research and support document draftingHandle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgmentAct as a trusted advisor to sales teams throughout the Quote-to-Cash cycleValidate, approve, and ensure accuracy of quotes and contract submissionsManage stakeholder requests via service request tools and track heritage requestsLead regular enablement sessions to support quoting and sales process efficiencyIdentify process improvements and help implement best practices for scalabilityMaintain accurate records and ensure data quality across platforms like SalesforceRequired Skills & QualificationsLegal qualification or relevant experience (preferred)Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting or related field (preferred)3+ years of experience in Legal, Commercial Operations, Finance, or Contract AdminStrong analytical and organisational skills; attention to detail is essentialProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM toolsAbility to work under pressure and maintain confidentialityExcellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsProactive, dependable, and capable of working independentlyWexe2x80x99re obsessed with making this the best job youxe2x80x99ve ever had!We want our teams to love working here, so wexe2x80x99ve created some incredible perks for you to enjoy:We want our staff to love working here, and so wexe2x80x99ve created a few unique perks such as office breakfasts, quarterly lunches and virtual social events.
