Our client with mining operations and projects in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team, based on site in the Northern Cape.


  • Drawing up procurement documentation using GCC, NEC, FIDIC or JBCC conditions of contract.
  • Assist in commercial aspects of tender evaluations.
  • Maintaining database of contract’s information.
  • Compiling and processing monthly payment certificates.
  • Managing and submitting monthly project costs reports.
  • Drawing up yearly procurement operational plans.
  • Facilitating and managing change management on awarded contracts and tracking reports.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Contract Management or Financial Degree or Diploma.
  • 10 years previous experience in contract administration for both operating mines and mining project environments.
  • Well-versed in FIDIC, GCC, NEC and JBCC conditions of contract.
  • Computer literate on Pastel.
  • Registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professionals (SACPCMP) advantageous.
  • Experience working with diverse, multi-cultural teams.
