Continuous Improvement Engineer
Job Description
Join a manufacturing team as a Continuous Improvement Engineer in the Western Cape!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading structured root cause analysis, drafting detailed improvement proposals, and optimising maintenance tools to support ERP integration and drive process efficiency. You will collaborate with the design and drafting department to translate approved concepts into finalised CAD drawings and technical documents. Additionally, you will take the lead in conceptualising machine and system improvements to increase reliability, maintainability, and production throughput.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Matric and a BTech / BEng in Mechanical Engineering, with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is essential. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills will also be valuable.
