The agency's award-winning combination of technology and talent helps it deliver Paid Media, UX, SEO, social media, analytics, optimisation, creative and development solutions. This is an exciting junior role in our Global Content Syndication team. The Content Syndication team provides support to global Paid Media teams at Jellyfish. You'll support accounts to adhere to global standards in quality assurance and paid media best practices and work with global teams to build, audit, monitor, and report on campaigns for our new and existing clients. You will need to align with our global teams to service our international clients.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams.
- Map and build campaigns according to media plans and Jellyfish best practices.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to strict QA processes to ensure delivery of error-free work.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns with regular pacing and reporting updates.
- Perform troubleshooting and investigative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
- Complete and maintain required certifications.
- Keep an accurate record of daily time and perform all other admin duties according to company regulations.
- Be able to demonstrate new skills acquired.

Qualifications
Qualification requirements:
- Fluent English, excellent written and spoken.
- 1+ years experience with familiarity with computer applications .
- Comfortable working with Excel/G-Sheet formulas and processing large datasets.
- Showcase the capacity to manage time and priorities efficiently, ensuring a smooth workflow and achievement of goals.
- Display collaborative proficiency , notably influencing and engaged hearing.
- Ability and interest in working in an Agile environment, on diverse responsibilities.
- Demonstrates a structured and Ability and interest in working in a diverse work environment, on various responsibilities. way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Support our corporate culture including adhering to established ethical and brand standards.
- You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
