Purpose:

The Content SEO Specialist would work to adapt the overall content strategy into activities that they deliver against to improve our organic visibility and improve the overall performance of the focus brands. You will contribute towards creative output and content created both internally and externally. With innovation and creativity at front of mind, the ideal candidate will have the initiative to identify content gaps and opportunities to drive traffic, build engagement and generate leads and revenue across their focus brands.

Key to success in this role is the ability to oversee simultaneous content campaigns, order and control delivery of top written, video and multi-media content to deliver online SEO growth and support the SEO strategy for their focus brands. The perfect candidate will be passionate about iGaming and have a real understanding of how to direct traffic in the iGaming industry.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Understand a brand's goals and objectives, research their market, and apply creative thinking to develop content growth ideas

Ensure planned content supports the SEO strategy and is aligned with the content roadmap

Develop a deep knowledge of SEO Content creation

Brief content creation to internal and external content providers and ensuring returned content is of a high quality

Track delivery of content & requested materials

Perform Content QCs, uploads, and publishing via our CMS

Keep relevant stakeholders updated, letting stakeholders know where content production stands

Maintain tracking and analyse success of content growth

Updating/refreshing/optimising existing content on websites using keyword placement and internal linking

Take a proactive approach in SEO content creation, working autonomously to identify opportunities to drive SEO performance

Team-wide Expectations:

Share knowledge derived from projects and research with fellow team members; coach and develop other members of the team

Report SEO KPI performance back to the business and explaining reasons for growth or decline including outcome of actions taken and development actions required

Take time to properly learn topics and deliverable processes to enhance work rate without compromising quality

Stay up to date on market trends and relevant industry news to suggest new SEO projects based on objectives, and past performance

Raise issues, opportunities and competitor insights obtained from utilising tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush and Google Search Console

Promote SEO awareness and best practice across the organization including educating business stakeholders

Liaise with internal stakeholders and build effective working relationships

Manage expectations on delivery of work, accurately estimate deadlines and know when to ask for help

Develop expertise in using SEO tools EG Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog

Identifying and sharing growth opportunities to increase ranking and traffic to the site

Detailed understanding of ranking and financial reports based on specific projects with the ability to provide one liner updates when required

Contributing ideas to help develop and grow the SEO team

Collaboration with external departments and teams including translations, creative studio, external content suppliers, acquisition Dev and QA

Analyzing SEO performance and determining how to make changes to content to best optimize performance

Be accountable for the performance of your projects

Essential Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Excel, graphs, and formulas

Previous experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing and SEO

Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Combiined F and Organizational Culture

Working knowledge of ranking & financial reports and systems

Able to perform Onsite and technical QCs

Advantageous Requirements:
