We're looking for a talented researcher/writer to gather, verify and simplify complex local government processes into engaging learning material. You'll work closely with instructional designers and subject experts to build structured orientation content.
Key Responsibilities: Research local government policies (IDPs, IGR, PFMA, etc.)
Draft module scripts and support documents
Fact-check and source public sector case studies and processes
Assist with development of trainer manuals and online content
Requirements: Degree in public administration, political science, or journalism
Prior experience with government training content is an advantage
Ability to write clear, educational materials for a non-technical audience
