Job Description

The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution, and quality assurance of all content and promotional updates across SuperSportBet's web and iOS platforms. This role ensures all updates are delivered on time, error-free, brand-aligned, and compliant.
Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Trading, and Design, the Content Operations Specialist owns the backend content management systems (CMS) that power our Sportsbook and Casino experiences. They play a key role in ensuring a seamless, engaging, and consistent customer experience, while optimising the visibility and performance of campaigns and content.
Key Responsibilities
Website Content Management (Sports & Casino)

  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to develop content schedules, secure sign-off, and deliver updates according to plan.
  • Create, order, and maintain carousel banners, promotional pages, landing pages, and market/event ordering.
  • Maintain static content pages (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Betting Rules, Registration flow copy, header/footer).
  • Load and configure Super Boosts and promotional offers.
  • Build private or hidden landing pages for targeted campaigns (CRM, VIP, acquisition).
  • Review all content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance before publishing.
  • Test content in staging environments to identify and resolve errors prior to go-live.
Casino Operations
  • Manage casino game categorisation, display order, and releases.
  • Collaborate with Casino Product Leads to plan and execute casino promotions.
  • Rotate content based on performance metrics, highlighting top-performing titles and replacing underperformers.
  • Verify correct game launches, promotional triggers, and lobby updates.
  • Monitor live environment for any content or ordering issues.
Sportsbook Operations
  • Assist with weekly match ordering and event grouping.
  • Format high-profile events for optimal visibility and trader alignment.
  • Incorporate Trading team feedback into ongoing sportsbook structure improvements.
  • Validate ordering, event visibility, and formatting pre-launch.
  • Proactively identify and correct display or navigation issues.
Cross-Platform Coordination
  • Mirror relevant content updates across platforms such as we, iOS, Huawei and other Apps.
  • Act as the liaison between traders, developers, and platform teams to address iOS-specific limitations (e.g., market deep-linking).
  • Coordinate with in-house and 3rd party teams on iOS platform enhancements.
  • Conduct final pre-launch checks to ensure parity between platforms.
  • Flag and track iOS-specific UX challenges, identifying workarounds where needed.
SEO, Messaging & Campaign Support
  • Update on-site SEO copy (meta titles, descriptions, headers).
  • Edit site messages, notifications, and microcopy for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • Support push campaign execution where required.
  • Check all copy for adherence to brand tone, accuracy, and compliance.
CMS Expertise & Incident Response
  • Configure and troubleshoot the Strapi CMS to deliver campaigns on short notice.
  • Act as first responder for urgent content/CMS issues (including after-hours and weekends).
  • Partner with in-house and third-party engineering teams for rapid issue resolution.
  • Develop and document processes to improve execution efficiency.
  • Validate fixes post-resolution and confirm functionality.
Testing & Continuous Improvement
  • Work with Designers, Product, and QA teams to troubleshoot any display or navigation issues.
  • Participate in CMS enhancement projects to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Maintain zero-tolerance for live errors by rigorously testing updates before launch.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to identify and address improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in CMS operations, content management, or similar.
  • Strong familiarity with Sportsbook and Casino product structures.
  • Proven ability to follow strict publishing protocols and quality standards.
  • Excellent copy editing skills with strong command of English.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Trading, Tech).
  • Ability to work shifts.
Desirable:
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., betting, finance).
  • Familiarity with iOS content deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Understanding of iGaming provider structures (e.g., Evolution, Habanero, Pragmatic).
