Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the solar industry.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, email, media, and print materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the solar technician to write technical articles for various platforms.
• Implement the marketing strategy effectively to generate sales leads.
• Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and other industry events to promote our products.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and solar technology advancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years experience in Marketing or Public relations, preferably in the solar industry.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
• Strong understanding of solar products, technology, and industry dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for sustainability and a belief in the potential of solar energy.
