Manage and optimize four specialized websites while creating compelling video content for YouTube and Meta advertising campaigns. Work independently with our internal team to ensure websites remain current, functional, and conversion-focused. We seek an experienced and reliable professional with strong English fluency and exceptional communication skills to work independently with our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrates fast responsiveness with strong accountability in all deliverables.

• Manage and optimize four specialized medical websites focused on plastic surgery, hair transplant, and eye procedures to maximize search visibility and patient conversions
• Execute comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page and technical optimizations to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings
• Create and edit compelling video content for YouTube and Meta advertising campaigns that showcase surgical procedures and patient testimonials
• Coordinate website structure and content alignment with Meta ad campaigns using GoHighLevel for landing pages and marketing funnels
• Monitor website performance metrics and implement strategic improvements for SEO, content optimization, and user experience enhancement

Requirements

• Candidate must demonstrate 1-2 years of professional experience in website management and SEO optimization for multiple websites.
• Must possess intermediate video editing skills specifically for YouTube, including ability to trim footage, add captions, and design engaging thumbnails.
• Required to have working knowledge of technical SEO practices that improve organic search visibility and website performance.
• Must be proficient in using GoHighLevel or comparable funnel/landing page management platforms.
• Candidate should understand digital marketing integration, particularly how website content supports Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Must be capable of working full-time during standard Pacific Time business hours, Monday through Friday.
• Required to have completed some college coursework, with preference for digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Must demonstrate ability to manage and optimize content across multiple websites focused on medical/surgical procedure topics.
• Should have proven experience in creating and formatting web content that supports search engine optimization strategies.
• Must be comfortable performing both technical website maintenance and creative content development tasks.
