About LMON
(Live My Own Niche) is a fast-moving wellness tech startup with a big vision: to create the world's most trusted ecosystem for evidence-based wellness. We're building something calm in the chaos - a platform where people feel guided, supported, and safe as they care for mind, body, and soul.
The Role
We're looking for a full-time Content & Marketing Coordinator who can help us tell LMON's story - with energy, creativity, and heart. You'll work closely with our Marketing team, creating the content that helps us grow: from articles and wellness resources to social videos, from email campaigns to community posts.
This is a role for someone who loves to write, thinks in content, and thrives in fast-paced, startup energy. You'll need to be quick on your feet, hungry to learn, and ready to create at a high pace, while always staying grounded in care and wellness.
Compensation
This role offers a base salary ranging from R15,000 - R20,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, there are performance-based incentives for sales and customer conversions. On-target earnings (OTE) for the right person can increase by an additional R10,000 - R15,000 per month, creating the potential to earn up to R35,000 per month in total.
What You'll Be Doing

• Content Writing & Creation

• Research, write, and create articles and wellness resources that educate, support, and inspire.

• Develop additional copy for email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and in-app messages.

• Adapt your writing to LMON's distinct brand voice - warm, real, and emotionally attuned.

Social Video Creation

• Ideate and produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that reflect LMON's personality and tone.

• Stay tuned into trends without losing depth or authenticity.

• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar.

Community & Social Media

• Draft posts, captions, and prompts that spark connection and care.

• Help manage social calendars and engagement across platforms.

• Contribute to building an early-stage, values-driven community.

General Startup Support

• Jump into marketing projects big and small - from campaign prep to content testing.

• Take initiative - often you'll be creating before being asked.

• Research wellness trends and insights to inspire fresh ideas.

Requirements
What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years experience in content creation, marketing, or communications.

• A strong writer with sharp instincts for tone, storytelling, and clarity.

• Comfortable making and editing social video content.

• Hungry, adaptable, and ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about wellness and care - this isn't just a job, it's something you believe in.

• A self-starter who thrives without constant direction.

• A creative thinker who can generate ideas quickly and turn them into real output.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with wellness, health, or mental health content.

• Knowledge of social growth strategies and tools.
