Job Description

EC Security is looking for a creative, detail-driven Content & Digital Media Coordinator to manage and produce all visual and digital content for the brand.
This is a hands-on creative role responsible for social media content, graphic design, photography, and supporting marketing campaigns across all platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening EC Securitys professional image and community presence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging content for EC Securitys social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content aligned with brand tone
• Write clear, professional captions and short form copy suited to each platform
• Assist with basic engagement monitoring and content performance feedback

Graphic Design & Advertising

• Design digital and print marketing material (social posts, flyers, posters, banners, signage, etc.)
• Create and maintain branded templates
• Ensure all content aligns with EC Securitys brand guidelines

Photography & Visual Content

• Take high-quality photos for marketing, social media, and promotional use
• Capture events, staff, vehicles, sites, products, and services as required
• Basic photo editing and optimisation for digital platforms

Brand & Marketing Support

• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
• Assist with campaign ideas, competitions, and promotions
• Work closely with management to support marketing initiatives and community communication

• Experience in social media content creation, marketing, branding or agency environments
• Strong design skills (Canva required. Adobe Suite advantageous)
• Photography skills (DSLR or mirrorless camera experience advantageous)
• Basic photo editing skills
• Basic video editing skills
• Short-form video creation (Reels, Clips, etc)
• Understanding of social media trends and formats
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
