Your mission is to craft the visual rhythm of our brand across digital and physical spaces, ensuring every touchpoint feels considered and true to our story. Key Responsibilities:
Visual Curation & Design:
Design the daily visual expressions of our brand. This includes crafting graphics for social media, composing email newsletters, and laying out print collateral (from packaging to event signage). You will build the visual world our community lives in every day.
Brand System & Execution:
Act as the steward of our visual identity. You will work from our core brand guidelines to create templates and assets that ensure a cohesive experience. You will collaborate closely with our Brand & Audience team to bring their strategic stories to life visually.
Agile Production:
Manage a dynamic workflow, creating high-quality assets with speed and intention. You will use modern tools, including AI image generators (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly), for rapid ideation and to explore creative variations, maintaining a highly organized library of all work.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Your portfolio demonstrates a refined eye for layout and typography across both digital and print formats. You understand how to create work that feels both modern and timeless.
You are an expert in the tools of design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and are curious about how new technologies like AI can enhance your creative process.
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design or content creation role where quality and attention to detail were paramount.
You are technically proficient in print production and know how to prepare files with accuracy.
You are a proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You have a genuine desire to learn and are eager to get your hands dirty, whether it's mastering a new tool or helping the team with a hands-on task.

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Cape Town headquarters.
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required.
Systems & Tools:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar is highly advantageous.
Reporting Line:
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
Collaboration & Structure:
You will work closely with the Community and Brand & Audience team to bring our stories to life visually across all touchpoints.
