Are you a creative, detail?oriented content creator with a knack for visual storytelling and digital media? A pre-eminent art gallery / art business is hiring a Content Creator and Coordinator to join their professional communications team, based in?gallery in either Johannesburg or Cape Town.
This is a superb opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in the arts and cultural sector in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Create engaging digital content for social media, newsletters, and other platforms
- Edit video content for exhibitions, artist features, and events
- Design digital and occasional print materials aligned with brand identity
- Coordinate photo and video documentation across multiple global locations
- Support the team with scheduling, planning, and maintaining content calendars
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years' experience in content creation, digital media, or design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar)
- Solid visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work (required at application stage)
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
- Interest in contemporary art and visual culture
