We have a healthy, hybrid opportunity for a social-first Content & Community Lead at a global healthcare group based in Cape Town. This is a mid-senior, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable setting strategy as they are curating and writing content themselves.
You'll own and execute the brand's content, social media, influencer, and community strategy, with a clear focus on building a highly engaged, highly loyal community. From ideation, writing and platform management through to influencer relationships, partnerships, and reporting, this role sits at the centre of how the brand communicates and connects.
While social media is the primary execution channel, the impact of this role goes beyond digital. You'll help shape real-world events, activations, ambassador and affiliate programmes, and community experiences, ensuring everything ladders up to a consistent, credible brand voice and long-term growth.
